Descend from Cova Crater along old cobbled paths to Paul Valley, passing terraced fields of sweet potatoes and Congo beans, as well as banana, almond, and mango trees. Further down in the valley, sugar cane is cultivated to produce grogue, a popular local spirit. Experience the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans as you traverse through the small hamlets.\u00a0 The hike can be demanding on the knees, so be sure to bring along your walking poles.
