Circular Hike

This circular walk has it all: spectacular views, ridge walking in parts, and it passes through the main pine forests of the island. Being the greenest part of the island means that if there are clouds, this place will have them. During the harmattan winds season, views may be hazy, but it is still a really good walk. Interestingly, there is no ground water irrigation system in parts of this area, and farmers rely on clouds to irrigate their crops.
During hot weather months, this hike is ideal because of the shade and altitude. In colder months, you will need a warm layer. Boots and poles are necessary for this hike.
